Building Technician: rostered on 2 shifts to look after shopping mall in the East of Singapore.

Job Description – Facilities Technician

1.      Perform daily inspection, operation, and maintenance of mall facilities and building services.

2.      Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, ACMV, lighting, and other building systems.

3.      Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, lighting issues, water leaks, pumps, motors, air-conditioning systems, and equipment breakdowns.

4.      Respond promptly to tenant and mall operations maintenance requests.

5.      To respond to any urgent and emergencies on work premises during off shift days.

6.       Conduct regular inspections of common areas, toilets, plant rooms, loading bays, and back-of- house areas.

7.      To supervise service vendors/contractors during repair, servicing, installation, and renovation works, ensuring work is carried out safely and according to requirements.

8.      Monitor BMS/monitoring systems, equipment operating conditions, where applicable.

9.      Maintain proper maintenance records, checklists, service reports, and incident reports.

10. Assist Facilities Executive/supervisor to process Permit To Work and the submissions.

11. To carry all task and assignment as per instructed by the immediate Supervisor and the Management.
