A hospital is looking for a HR Payments & Billing Assistant #FR (3 months)

Your new role

• Perform HR-related payment processing activities (e.g. payments, reimbursements, manpower billing, honorarium) accurately and in a timely manner for assigned institutions and departments .
• Ensure data is entered correctly into relevant systems and maintain proper documentation and records.
• Check and verify supporting documents before processing and escalate discrepancies or issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Receive, sort, file and maintain HR payment-related documents in accordance with established procedures.
• Follow established guidelines, policies and relevant legislative requirements when carrying out HR processing tasks.
• Liaise with internal teams, administrators or external stakeholders when required to obtain missing information or clarification.
• Assist with simple operational or administrative tasks as directed, including ad hoc duties or projects.

What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have:

• •Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.
• • Minimum 1-2 years ofrelevant experience
