• Position: Indoor Sales Support / Customer Service Executive – Logistics
• Location: Pasir Panjang
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8.30AM to 5.30PM
• Salary: Basic up to $3,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Benefits: 14 Days Annual Leave + Company Trip
• Duration: Permanent

• Our client is an established logistics company seeking an Indoor Sales Support / Customer Service Executive to support bookings, rates and customer coordination.

Responsibilities:

• File freight rates with carriers.
• Support the sales team with daily coordination.
• Arrange carrier bookings and release booking confirmations.
• Liaise with customers on shipment issues and solutions.
• Conduct telemarketing to develop new accounts.
• Visit customers when required.

Requirements:

• 2 years of relevant logistics, sales support or customer service experience.
• Candidates without relevant experience may also be considered.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Organised, proactive and willing to learn.
