Full Time QUANTITY SURVEYOR Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,800 in QUEK HOCK SENG CONSTRUCTION (PTE) LTD West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-offs to accurately measure materials and work scope for project cost control
• Assess subcontractors' claims and prepare interim payment applications and variation orders to ensure accurate financial tracking
• Competent in analysing quotations/prices/rates,build-up rates and perform pricing
• Competent in performing contract administration including but not limiting to valuation of payments and variations claims in accordance to contract requirements
• Execute additional duties assigned by management to support project and company objectives

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent qualification
•  Minimum 2 years of working experience,preferably in the construction industry
• Ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail, analytical thinking, proactivity, teamwork, and meeting tight deadlines
