Full Time IT Programme Management - PMO Support Jobs, in Avensys Consulting - Maukerja

We are seeking an experienced IT Programme Management / PMO Support professional with at least 5 years of relevant experience in IT project management, programme coordination, and portfolio reporting. The role involves monitoring project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies while ensuring effective coordination across regional and global IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor project plans, milestones, budgets, risks, issues, changes, and dependencies.
• Prepare executive dashboards, portfolio reports, and steering committee presentations.
• Coordinate with regional/global IT teams, business stakeholders, project managers, and third-party suppliers.
• Maintain action, risk, issue, and decision registers, ensuring proper documentation and audit readiness.
• Drive process improvements, reporting standardisation, and project delivery efficiency.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT PMO or programme/project management.
• Strong experience in portfolio reporting, project tracking, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
