Job Scope:
Beauty Consultant
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high service standards.
Provide a range of aesthetic treatments, including facial, body, skincare, slimming, hair removal, teeth whitening and other beauty treatments.
Promote suitable treatments and products to customers based on their needs.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Schedule and manage customer appointments, including follow-ups and confirmations.
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
Beauty Therapist
Promote and recommend the company’s beauty services and products to customers.
Conduct professional skin and body analysis and recommend suitable aesthetic treatments and products.
Perform a range of facial, body, slimming, hair removal, teeth whitening and other aesthetic treatments.
Maintain high standards of treatment quality, customer service and professionalism.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage customer retention and repeat visits.
Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Job Requirements:
Basic skills or experience in facial analysis/ facial treatments/ hair removal and teeth whitening will be an added advantage.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in sales/beautician
Well-groomed, professional, good attitude and enjoy meeting people
