Responsibilities
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve the company’s growth objectives.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, potential clients and strategic partnerships.
Conduct market research and analyse market trends, customer needs and competitor activities.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients and business partners.
Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations and commercial agreements.
Negotiate business terms and coordinate with clients and partners to facilitate new business opportunities.
Develop and expand sales channels and distribution networks to increase revenue.
Monitor sales and business development performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of new business initiatives and client projects.
Explore new markets, products and services and recommend suitable opportunities for business expansion.
Our company is the Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM) registered Empolyment Agency, we have fixed customers on a regular job orders including mechanical manufacturing, catering, hairdressing, transport services, marketing & sales etc. We will choose the most suitable candidates based on individual conditions, meanwhile to protect empolyers's right and provide better follow-up services.
