Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with operators and internal departments.

Good organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.

Able to prepare reports, maintain databases, and presentation slides.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team

Responsible for managing operator applications, maintaining accurate operator databases, handling existing operator enquiries and coordinating follow-up actions.

Prepares reports, analyses operator performance and application progress, tracks business opportunities, and provides administrative and operational support to the Business Development Manager to ensure efficient workflows and timely completion of business activities.
