Job Scope:

Provide efficient front desk service and handle guest enquiries
Manage calls, requests, feedback and complaints professionally
Handle cashiering duties and ensure proper follow-up on guest issues

Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
Strong communication and guest-handling skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
