We are looking for a proactive Property Agent Assistant to support daily property agency operations at our Jaya One office & remote.

Fresh graduates and interns welcome — full training provided.

REQUIREMENTS

- SPM / Diploma / Fresh graduate welcome

- Languages: Bahasa Malaysia + English + Mandarin (all three preferred)

- Own transport

- Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets

- Good communication, attention to detail, follow-through

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Upload property listings to platforms (PropertyGuru, iProperty, Mudah, FB Marketplace, Instagram, XiaoHongShu)

- Maintain and update Property Listing sheet; follow up with owners for info (unit no., photos, price updates)

- Schedule and coordinate property viewings; send confirmation and reminder messages

- Assist with paperwork: Tenancy agreements, offer letters, booking forms (with templates, just fill-in details)

- General admin: filing, data entry, follow-up calls

- Help with photography touch-ups if neededKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
