Full Time Information Technology Manager (SME Role) Jobs, in PERSOL APAC - Maukerja

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on IT Manager (SME role) to serve as the technical SME for our on-site IT operations. This is a highly autonomous, end-to-end role suited for a proactive professional who enjoys owning technology operations, driving improvements, and being the go-to expert for all IT infrastructure and workplace technology matters.

You will take full ownership of end-user computing environments, office network infrastructure, IT governance, vendor management, and technology lifecycle planning. As the primary IT lead, you will provide both strategic guidance and hands-on technical support to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient business operations.

• Act as the primary SME for workplace technology, end-user computing, and office IT infrastructure.
• Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and related peripherals across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments.
• Deliver hands-on, on-site technical support and resolve end-user issues in a timely manner.
• Manage office networking infrastructure, including routers, switches, wireless access points, internet connectivity, and structured cabling.
• Oversee workplace technology such as AV systems, printers, meeting room solutions, and office-wide Wi-Fi coverage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure Support, Workplace Technology, or IT Management, with demonstrated ownership of end-to-end IT environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, networking equipment, and office infrastructure.
• Proven experience managing IT asset lifecycles, operational procedures, vendor relationships, and technology budgets.
• Ability to work independently as the primary IT point of contact and trusted technical advisor to the business.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
