Job Description
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. Candidates with relevant QS experience are preferred; fresh graduates with a relevant qualification are welcome to apply.
Experience in quantity surveying, quantity take-off, cost estimation, tender preparation, or construction cost management is preferred.
Proficient in quantity take-off and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of AutoCAD and QS-related software is an advantage
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (additional languages are a plus)
Willing to travel as needed
Malaysian citizen or holder of relevant residence status
Responsibilities
Reviewing and preparing tender and contract documents
Preparing and submitting progress claims and contract work valuations
Supporting planning, procurement, and overall project management
Assisting with day-to-day QS tasks on assigned projects
