Location: One Marina Boulevard

Duration: 6 months

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30 - 6

Salary: $22/hour (Range of $3400 - $4000)

Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment management

• Post job advertisements on career portals
• Manage scheduling of interviews for shortlisted candidates
• Collation of necessary documents and ensure completeness of application for shortlisted candidates
• Draft and collate offer package for successful candidates

Onboarding

• Raise necessary IT systems and access pass for new hires
• Prepare the Welcome Pack for new hires
• Liaise with departments on new hire reporting details
• Create personnel file for new hires
• Create IT profile in HR system for new hires
• Update system on new hires

Exitmanagement

• Draft relevant emails for staff who are leaving service
• Arrange for exit interview with HR Business Partner
• Update system on resignees

Others

• Any other adhoc duties as assigned
