What The Role Is
You manage and supervise the day-to-day Human Resource (HR) administration operations, proactively delivering efficient and effective HR services to tenant units in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) Army camps.

You manage and supervise the day-to-day Human Resource (HR) administration operations, proactively delivering efficient and effective HR services to tenant units in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) Army camps.
What You Will Be Working On
- Manage and supervise day-to-day HR administration operations
- Stay updated on HR initiatives and directions to ensure services remain relevant and effective
- Review and align work processes with prevailing directives and guidelines
- Maintain HR competency and knowledge management within the team
- Deliver HR administration services in accordance with established policies, processes and legislation
Challenge(s) - Keeping abreast of the latest MINDEF and SAF directives and guidelines
- Reviewing and realigning work processes to remain in sync with prevailing rules and regulations
- Maintaining team competency and knowledge management in a dynamic HR environment
- Education in Human Resource Management or a related field is preferred
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR administration and services is preferred
- Competency in HR Information Technology systems, particularly the Systems Applications and Products (SAP) platform
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
