JOB SUMMARY
To supervise and monitor daily parking operations at TBS while leading the operational team, ensuring compliance with company SOPs, safety requirements, service standards, and smooth day-to-day operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and monitor daily parking operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and orderly operations.
- Lead, guide, and monitor Parking Assistants and other operational staff.
- Ensure staff comply with company SOPs, work schedules, grooming standards, and safety requirements.
- Monitor parking facilities, equipment, and operational conditions and report any issues promptly.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and parking-related operational issues professionally.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve parking-related issues and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and work performance.
- Prepare daily operational reports and escalate significant operational issues to management.
- Ensure proper cash and transaction handling in accordance with company procedures, where applicable.
- Assist management in implementing operational improvements and maintaining service quality.
- Handle emergency situations and operational issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Business Management, Operations Management, Hospitality Management, Transportation Management, Logistics, Facilities Management, or any related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in parking operations, transportation, facilities management, terminal operations, or a related operational field.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge and understanding of parking management systems, parking operations, and e-hailing systems will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with parking equipment, access/entry systems, payment or transaction processes, and e-hailing pick-up/drop-off operations will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to supervise, guide, and manage a team to ensure smooth daily parking operations.
- Able to handle customer complaints, operational issues, and emergency situations professionally.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
