Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or willing to pursue relevant certification)

  • Prior experience in teaching/childcare is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome

  • Patient, caring, and passionate about working with young children

  • Good communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia

  • Creative, energetic, and able to plan engaging lesson activities

  • Responsible and able to work well in a team

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver lessons and activities for preschool/kindergarten children

  • Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment

  • Monitor and assess children's development and progress

  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and behavior

  • Prepare teaching materials, worksheets, and classroom displays

  • Maintain classroom discipline and ensure children's safety and wellbeing

  • Attend staff meetings, training, and school events as required

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the school/management
