Job Description
- Supervision & inspection of M&E works for the Lifts & Escalators replacement woks in a campus environment
- Ensure all installations are in accordance with the Working/Shop Drawings and applicable local Codes, Regulation and Standards
- Attend site meetings and site walks with Owner and consultants
- Monitor project progress schedules and qualities standards
- Verify contractor’s progress claim
- Check all drawings (including working drawings, shop drawings, authority submission drawings and as-built drawings)
- Administer Safety Management System and conduct periodic inspection on the provision of safety measures together with the Contractor’s site safety supervisor or Contractor representative to ensure that the Contractor complies with the safety requirements
- Possess at least a Degree/Diploma/Trade Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience as RTO on local projects for Institutional or Commercials projects
- Familiar with local codes and regulations
- Registered resident technical officer with IES would be added advantage
