Full Time Senior Executive, Legal - Compliance Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,000 in Vad Capital Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Support the Head of Legal & Compliance in managing the company’s regulatory compliance and governance.
• Monitor relevant laws, regulations and Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) requirements, and ensure the company implements regulatory changes on time.
• Conduct compliance reviews, testing and risk assessments to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Provide compliance advice to business and support teams on new products, projects, partnerships and business activities.
• Support AML/CFT activities, including customer due diligence (CDD/EDD), sanctions screening and suspicious transaction monitoring.
• Review and update company compliance policies, procedures and frameworks.
• Prepare regulatory reports and support communication with BNM and other regulators.
• Monitor compliance issues, breaches and corrective actions to ensure timely resolution.
• Support compliance training and awareness programmes for employees.
• Assist in investigations involving potential compliance breaches, misconduct or whistleblowing matters.
• Conduct compliance due diligence on vendors, outsourcing partners and third parties.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Banking, Risk Management, Business Administration or related fields.
• 3–8 years of experience in Compliance, Regulatory Compliance, AML/CFT, Risk Management, Internal Audit or Legal/Regulatory Affairs.
• Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, hire purchase/automotive financing, fintech or other BNM-regulated industries is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian financial services regulations, including BNM requirements, FSA, IFSA, AMLA, PDPA and MACC Act.
• Experience in compliance monitoring, regulatory review, risk assessment and policy development.
• Strong analytical, communication, report-writing and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail.
• Professional certifications such as CAMS, CFE, FRM, PRM, ICA or CCEP will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
