Requirements
Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
Critical thinking to evaluate market needs, business processes and user requirements
Good communication skills as role requires constant engagement with various stakeholders
Self-motivated and proactive with a strong drive for success.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Adaptable and open to change in a dynamic work environment.
Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Testing and Quality Assurance:Provide UI UAT testing support for system development initiatives, including SAT/OPUS development and product UATs.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing to validate system changes and ensure alignment with business requirements.
Campaign Management: Monitor campaign fulfillment to enhance customer satisfaction, maintain brand reputation, and optimize operational efficiency.
