Responsibilities
Working Hours: 08:30am - 06:00pm (Mon-Fri)
Responsibilities:
Support Business Development & Marketing team updates relevant database & costing in the systems.
Respond to routine customer enquiries regarding order status, pricing and documentation.
Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, setting up all the overseas call / video conference meetings and maintaining marketing calendars.
Setting up items cards for ERP system & new customers set up.
Ensure & monitor new payment for billing.
Filling and organizing all the technical drawings / ISO documentation on contract review.
Documentation compliance & Support ISO audit.
Updating of quotation to customers to support production.
Scheduling courier service to pick up all the samples and send them to customers.
Ad-hoc projects assigned by the Program team.
**Successful candidate will be provided on-the job training
Requirements:
Minimum GCE “O” Level or equivalent.
Experience in related field; entry level & fresh graduate candidates are welcome to apply.
Good knowledge of MS and Microsoft Navision preferred.
Understanding and knowledge of proper and required ISO documentation.
Understanding and knowledge of technical drawings.
Independent, a strong term player, meticulous, well organized.
Able to multi-task, highly numeric, precise and organized.
Able to work independently.
Comfortable to work at East area, Changi South.
