Duration: 16 Nov to 18 Dec
Working hours: Mon to Fri 830am to 6pm
Job Scope:
Handle inbound calls from members of the public
Answer calls through system with headsets, write down enquiries in system, assist customers over the phone, write in system things advised
Requirements:
Min GCE O Levels with at least 2 years of customer service experience
Able to commit throughout
