AREA SALES MANAGER – WELLNESS & BEAUTY

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the performance of multiple beauty & wellness outlets.
• Drive sales revenue, customer acquisition and outlet profitability.
• Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs and action plans for each outlet.
• Lead, coach and motivate Outlet Managers and sales teams to achieve targets.
• Monitor daily sales, conversion, package sales and customer retention.
• Conduct regular outlet visits and ensure service, grooming and operational standards are maintained.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales through promotions, upselling and customer retention.
• Work closely with Marketing to generate leads and drive new customer growth.
• Handle operational and customer issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support recruitment, manpower planning and staff development.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in beauty, wellness, spa, aesthetics, retail or sales.
• Experience managing multiple outlets is preferred.
• Strong sales, leadership and people-management skills.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Highly motivated, results-oriented and commercially driven.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be willing to travel between outlets.
