Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sourcing and tender exercises, including RFQs and formal tenders, in line with internal procurement policies.
- Coordinate in the preparation of tender documents, vendor communications, submissions and evaluation materials.
- Carry out price comparison, data analysis and cost summaries to support sourcing decisions.
- Prepare and maintain procurement reports, trackers and sourcing data for management review.
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and support procurement activities.
- Liaise with vendors on quotations, clarifications and documentation matters.
- Support vendor evaluation, onboarding, and ongoing vendor management activities, including compliance and documentation checks.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function, including process standardisation and data accuracy.
- Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor, carrying them out diligently and professionally
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Business, Purchasing, Supply Chain or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Good communication and writing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint
- Knowledge in SAP
