Philanthropy Lead | Tanoto Foundation (Singapore)

As a Philanthropy Lead, you will play a key role in managing our leadership development programme, nurturing relationships with scholars and alumni, managing grants and partnerships, and helping to measure and communicate the impact of our work.

What You'll Do

• Manage leadership development programme and support scholars throughout their leadership journey.
• Design and deliver meaningful learning, engagement, and networking opportunities with scholars and alumni.
• Support the effective management of the Foundation's healthcare & community grant portfolio and strategic partnerships.
• Monitor programme outcomes and support impact measurement and amplification efforts.
• Coordinate governance, reporting, board administration, and budget planning/implementation.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to bring impactful programmes to life.

What We're Looking For

• 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in programme management, philanthropy, education, healthcare, community development, or the social impact sector.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and analytical abilities.
• Experience in scholarship administration, leadership development, grant management, healthcare initiatives, or non-profit organisations will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with charity governance and reporting requirements is preferred.
