Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Service Owner / Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day operational support of Source-to-Contract (S2C) platforms and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring stable operations, managing support teams and vendors, driving service improvements, and acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, suppliers, and technology teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP Ariba, ITIL-based service management, and a solid understanding of system integrations and APIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage operational support for SAP Ariba Source-to-Contract solutions.
• Lead support teams and third-party suppliers to ensure service excellence.
• Manage incidents, problems, changes, and service requests in line with ITIL practices.
• Monitor and report on service performance, SLAs, KPIs, and operational risks.
• Act as the key point of contact between business users, vendors, and IT teams.
• Coordinate production support, issue resolution, and service improvements.
• Manage integration-related incidents and collaborate with technical teams on API and interface-related issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, systems, and supplier management.
• Support governance, compliance, auditing, and operational controls.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in SAP Ariba, Procurement Systems, or Service Operations roles.
• Strong knowledge of Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes.
• Hands-on experience supporting SAP Ariba environments.
• Good understanding of ITIL Service Management processes.
• Experience managing operational support teams and external vendors.
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs, and interfacing between enterprise applications.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, incidents, problems, and change requests.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Ariba certification.
• ITIL Foundation or higher.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC integrations.
• Exposure to procurement, sourcing, contract management, or supplier lifecycle management processes.
