Requirements:

• Positive, professional, and supportive working attitude.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
• No formal educational qualification required — enthusiasm and commitment matter most.
• Able to communicate clearly in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages is an added advantage.
• Proactive learner with a strong desire to grow and develop new skills.
• Must have own transport for daily commuting.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent service at all times.
• Respond to inquiries and offer clear, persuasive product information to drive sales.
• Maintain a neat and organized stock room and ensure shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.
• Handle customer feedback or concerns promptly and professionally, referring complex issues to the manager when necessary.
• Communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia to ensure smooth customer interactions.
