Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Candidates with experience in business development, B2B sales, or sales and marketing will be given priority.

Experience in the printing, commercial printing, packaging, or printing materials industry is an advantage.

Possess good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, self-motivated, able to work independently, and target-oriented.

Willing to visit clients and travel when required by the job.

Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

Candidates with a valid driving licence and their own transportation will be given priority.

Flexible working hours and rest days are required, depending on business needs schedules.

Identify and develop new B2B customers and business opportunities.

Promote the company's commercial printing materials, printing products, and related products.

Visit clients, introduce products, and follow up with potential customers.

Maintain existing customer relationships, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable product solutions.

Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on customer orders.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.

Achieve the company's assigned sales targets and business development KPIs.

Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer orders are completed smoothly.

Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate product recommendations.

Prepare sales reports and update customer information as required.
