The Assistant IRB Analyst (AA) supports the administrative functions of the NHG Domain Specific Review Board (DSRB) operations. He/She will serve as a resource for investigators regarding the adaptation and implementation of DSRB policies, procedures and forms, and will oversee the administrative process of the DSRB domain to ensure the smooth operations of the domain. He/she will also support the department functions in tasks and projects as assigned.

(a) Education/Training/Experience

• “A” Level /Diploma of any discipline or equivalent.
• Preferably with at least 1-2 years of experience as administrative support staff. Experience in a Healthcare/Clinical Research Industry or in supporting the IRB/DSRB operations in key administrative functions preferred, but not mandatory.
• Proficient in MS Office applications essential.

• Possess strong organisation and planning skills, and demonstrate strong written and verbal capabilities.
• Able to handle extremely detailed and highly confidential information with tact and discretion.
