Job Description

- Recruit and onboard new affiliate creators from Tiktok.
- Review and screen creator profiles to evaluate suitability for product campaigns.
- Maintain and update the affiliate database for tracking and performance reporting.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal marketing teams for smooths creator onboarding.
- Train, guide and support creators to improve their performance and sales results.
- Motivate and reward performing creators through incentive or campaign programs.
- Monitor affiliate performance, sales growth and campaign outcomes.
- Prepare simple reports or update on recruitment status, active creators and progress .
- Support in resolving creator related issues (sample requests, commission inquires or content guidance).
- Contribute creative ideas to improve recruitment efficiency and affiliate engagement activities.
- Any other related task assigned by management to support the above scope of work.

Job Requirement

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in TikTok Shop operations, social commerce, livestream management, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop Seller Centre, TikTok Ads, affiliate programmes, and livestream operations.
- Experience managing marketplaces, social commerce campaigns, or creator collaborations is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of TikTok trends, content formats, user behaviour, and platform algorithms.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and campaign performance data.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working during campaign periods, livestream sessions, and promotional events when required.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, hands-on, and passionate about social commerce and digital growth.
