About the Role 

We are looking for a proactive, strategic, and hands-on professional to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape Realtek's external presence through ESG initiatives, media engagement, strategic partnerships with academia and sustainability initiatives that enhance the company's influence, and long-term impact in technological innovation.  

You will work closely with media stakeholders, universities, research institutions, government agencies, industry partners, and internal teams to develop and implement programmes that strengthen Realtek's position as an employer of choice and trusted technology leader. 

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset, capable of identifying opportunities, managing stakeholders, and driving high-impact initiatives that create long-term value for the organisation. 

Key Responsibilities 

Public Relations & Corporate Communications 

1. Support the development and execution of public relations and corporate communications initiatives that strengthen Realtek's brand reputation 
2. Develop compelling content, success stories, corporate announcements and thought leadership materials 
3. Coordinate media engagements, interviews, press opportunities, and external communications activities 
4. Monitor industry developments and identify opportunities to enhance Realtek's visibility and corporate profile 
5. Provide compelling and meaningful talking points to support social media amplification  

Sustainability Excellence 

1. Lead the development and execution of the company's ESG and sustainability strategy 
2. Lead employee engagement, CSR, and community impact programs. 

• Coordinate ESG data collection, analysis, and performance monitoring across departments 
• Build partnerships with customers, suppliers, industry associations, and external stakeholders on ESG mcatters 

Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Engagement 

1. Drive engagement with key academic partners, including universities and other institutions, to identify opportunities for talent development, research collaborations, and industry-academia partnerships 
2. Cultivate and manage relationships with research centres and innovation platforms, including opportunities for joint programmes, knowledge exchange, and technology collaboration 
3. Support Realtek's participation in government-led initiatives and workforce development programmes 
4. Organise executive networking events, industry forums, seminars, conferences, and fireside chats 

Requirements 

1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Management 
2. 5 years of relevant experience in employer branding, public relations, corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, partnership management 
3. Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify opportunities and translate them into actionable programmes and initiatives 
4. Experience managing events, partnerships, outreach programmes, or integrated communications initiatives 
5. Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution 
6. Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders across academia, industry, government, and media 
7. Strong presentation and storytelling skills 
8. Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment 
9. Working knowledge of content creation tools such as CAPCUT PRO, CANVA PRO. Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite (hands on expertise is not required)
