Full Time Junior Logistics Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Future Biotech Southeast Asia (Malaysia) WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

We are looking for a responsible, organised and detail-oriented Junior Logistics Executive to support our daily logistics, inventory, order fulfilment and delivery operations. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in logistics and operations are welcome to apply.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM, STPM, Certificate, Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory, order processing or related fields.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Experience in direct selling, e-commerce, retail or distributor operations will be an advantage.

• Good communication skills in Mandarin and English; Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Basic knowledge of inventory or order management systems is an advantage.

• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented and willing to learn.

• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willing to assist with stock handling and occasional overtime or weekend activities when required.

• Candidates available to start immediately or at short notice are preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily order processing, picking, packing and delivery arrangements.

• Maintain accurate inventory and stock movement records.

• Coordinate with warehouse and courier/logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries.

• Follow up on customer and distributor orders and delivery status.

• Assist with receiving, checking, organising and storing products.

• Assist with stock counts and inventory reconciliation.

• Handle returns, exchanges and replacement arrangements.

• Coordinate with Customer Service and Operations teams to resolve order and delivery issues.

• Assist with stock preparation for product launches, company events and distributor activities.

• Prepare basic inventory and logistics reports.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
