Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and organised Personal Assistant to support a busy professional in the financial services industry.

This role is suitable for someone who is comfortable with social media, LinkedIn and basic digital content, and enjoys a mix of administrative and creative work.

Responsibilities:

Manage appointments, schedules and basic administrative tasks
Assist with LinkedIn and social media activities
Help create, edit and publish simple social media content
Conduct basic online research
Assist with managing contacts and follow-ups
Support day-to-day business operations
Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks

Requirements

Minimum Diploma
21 years old and above
Comfortable using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
Familiar with LinkedIn and basic LinkedIn functions
Basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude
Good communication and organisational skills
Comfortable using basic digital tools
Responsible, proactive and able to work independently
Social media/content creation experience is an advantage
