Full Time Operations Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Luminova Selangor - Maukerja

Luminova Global is looking for an Operations Manager to run our day-to-day operations and keep our teams, processes and inventory organised and efficient. You will lead staff, build the systems that keep the business running smoothly and report directly to the CEO. This role suits a firm, well-organised leader who leads by example and gets results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and stock control, ensuring accuracy and smooth supply
• Lead, supervise and motivate operations staff
• Develop SOPs, job scopes (JD) and KPIs for the team
• Set up and maintain an organised reporting system
• Oversee administration, customer service, logistics, compliance and events
• Prepare operational reports and present them to the CEO
• Identify problems early and put practical solutions in place

Requirements

• Experience in FMCG, especially inventory management
• Proven experience in administration, customer service, logistics, inventory, compliance and events
• Leadership experience managing a team
• Able to create SOPs, JDs, KPIs and structured reporting systems
• Able to prepare reports and present them confidently to senior management
• Willing to work extra hours when needed

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
