Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Engineer role based in Puchong. The Technical Engineer will support the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of combustion systems and associated machinery. Daily responsibilities may include performing site assessments, troubleshooting technical issues, preparing technical documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently. The role also involves providing technical guidance during commissioning, monitoring equipment performance, and recommending improvements to enhance reliability and energy efficiency. The Technical Engineer is expected to collaborate closely with project managers, technicians, and suppliers to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering, with knowledge of combustion systems or industrial machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment specifications.
• Experience with installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial equipment.
• Competence in using diagnostic tools, measurement instruments, and relevant engineering software.
• Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze root causes of technical issues.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and interacting with clients on technical matters.
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate technical records.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to work on-site, attend customer locations when required, and comply with safety standards and regulations.
• Prior experience in industrial combustion, boiler systems, or heavy machinery is an advantage.
