Full Time Senior Engineer – Vision and Automation Jobs, in PERSOL APAC North Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Develop control software for precision, high-throughput automated equipment.
• Design and develop electrical control system program software coming from the draftsman and understand the schematic drawings and BOM creation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design system architectures, and implement software solutions.
• Implement best practices for software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Support and troubleshoot existing automation systems, identifying and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement in automation software solutions.
• Perform continuous improvement and enhancement to the existing equipment software toward Smart Autonomous Manufacturing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, and Software application with prior experience in the field of automation control, software programming, vision-based AI &/or
• Minimum 4 years of experience in C# coding in equipment or product development setting
• 2 years experience in MvTec Halcon toolkits with vision software programming skillset, experience in Halcon library, well versed in C# programming and knowledge of computer vision.
• Adept at Vision application development, C# and/or C++ OOP and multi-threading PC based software programming for automated equipment control.
• Experience in electrical design for machine automation in Class100 cleanroom environment will be very much preferred though not compulsory.
• Knowledge and/or experience in Ethercat fieldbus, SolidWorks 3D, machine vision technology, AI Technology or Control Automation will be an added advantage.
• Experience in data science and AI technology through past projects shall be favorable.
• Processes interest in transforming data science prototypes into production-ready solutions with knowledge of Python, Web design, Pytorch library, and/or other machine learning frameworks.
