Role Description This full-time remote Director of Project Management role at Conexión- Grupo Ultra Laboratorios is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs and projects across the organization. The Director will lead cross-functional teams, define project scopes, set timelines, and manage resources to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic priorities. Daily responsibilities include establishing project governance, monitoring progress through performance metrics and status reports, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation plans. The role also focuses on standardizing processes, driving continuous improvement in project management practices, and collaborating with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives, manage stakeholder expectations, and support decision-making.
Qualifications

• Ability to effectively manage programs and projects, with strong skills in Program Management and Project Management.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Budgeting, including cost control, financial forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Proven Team Leadership capabilities, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and fostering collaborative work environments.
• Expertise in Process Improvement, with a track record of implementing methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Relevant experience in a regulated or laboratory/healthcare environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma) is an asset.
• Comfort with remote collaboration tools and the ability to work independently while aligning with organizational goals.
