About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to support our daily warehouse operations and inventory management. This role is suitable for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and develop their skills in warehouse management, stock control, and logistics operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching goods.

• Record and update inventory transactions to ensure accurate stock records.

• Monitor stock levels and assist in conducting regular stock counts and inventory checks.

• Ensure goods are properly arranged, stored, identified, and labelled.

• Prepare and maintain warehouse documents, including goods receiving notes, delivery orders, and stock reports.

• Assist in stock replenishment and report stock discrepancies or damaged goods.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with safety procedures.
