Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Conduct inspections of site activities, materials, workmanship, and completed works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Prepare and submit inspection requests, quality documentation, method statements, and quality records.
Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.
Monitor and control non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and preventive actions.
Ensure all construction materials comply with approved material submittals and project specifications.
Maintain quality records, inspection reports, checklists, and testing documentation.
Liaise closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, and Subcontractors on quality-related matters.
Attend site meetings and provide updates on quality performance and compliance issues.
Ensure timely resolution of quality concerns and implement corrective actions where required.
Support project teams in achieving project quality objectives and milestones.
Conduct internal quality audits and site inspections.
Monitor compliance with ISO standards, company quality policies, and client requirements.
Assist in preparation for external audits and client quality assessments.
Ensure all testing and inspection activities are carried out according to approved procedures and standards.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 3-8 years of relevant QA/QC experience in construction projects.
Experience in building construction, or large-scale construction projects is preferred.
Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, inspection procedures, and quality documentation.
Familiarity with construction codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and project documentation management.
Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced project environment.
