Full Time Facilities Maintenance Officer Jobs, in ENGIE Southeast Asia East Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

*Please note that the work location for this position is in Changi/Loyang, and the work schedule is 5.5 days/week. (Monday to Friday: 0730 hours to 1700 hours & Saturday: 0730 hours to 1200 hours)

Responsibilities

• Manage technical and soft services coordination with subcontractors, specialist contractors and client's direct contractors.
• Hands-on by handling any technical difficulties and troubleshooting during the routine/ non-routine maintenance servicing.
• Standby for any fault/ emergency activation call.
• Prompt response to fault requests and minor non-routine Repairs.
• Perform rounds of the facility and identify and address risks to operations and quality of maintenance works and compliance to laws, regulations, processes, and procedures

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 5 years of relevant M&E experience.
• Possess good practical knowledge in building maintenance with initiative and good analytical skills
• Good teamwork, interpersonal qualities, self-motivated and able to multi-task
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications
