Job Description
Responsibilities
Perform various tasks, duties and responsibilities in work activities involving geotechnical and blasting
Develop and implement project management programs including all detailed requirement in each project
To guide and direct project team members to ensure compliance with set standards, procedures and guideline
Attending project and site meeting
Close supervision in geotechnical and blasting works
Preparation of documents, drawings and work programmes as per each project requirement
To prepare and maintain project expenditure, schedule and budgets
To manage every aspect of a project, including its planning, communication, risk assessment and resources
To train and develop your team members in the field of geotechnical and blasting details for the project
Full contribution to the development of the company, preparation of action plans, resolving problems and determining improvement
Manage the project duties as assigned and lead the operations of the projects and procedures
Maintain positive working relationship with main contractor, consultants, team and company staffs.
