Responsibilities
Our client, an established financial institution, is seeking a meticulous and analytical Credit Executive to support its credit risk assessment and portfolio monitoring activities.
Responsibilities
Review credit proposals, assessing borrowers’ financial positions, repayment capacity, collateral and key risks.
Assist with annual credit reviews and due diligence checks, including litigation and credit bureau searches.
Participate in customer site visits and telephone interviews when required.
Prepare credit portfolio reports and monitor loan quality, industry exposure and concentration risks.
Support credit stress testing and the implementation of risk policies and procedures.
Prepare reports and documentation for management, committees, regulators and auditors.
Assist with other duties assigned by the Head of Risk.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business, Economics, Risk Management or a related discipline.
Meticulous, analytical and organised, with good follow-up skills.
Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn credit assessment, financial analysis and portfolio monitoring.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
Interest in Power BI, Python, SQL or data analysis is a plus.
Candidates without experience but have relevant certification and aspirations are welcome to apply
