Responsibilities
️ What You'll Do:
- Source and identify talent through Job portals, events, and referrals
- Promote career opportunities and build a strong candidate pipeline
- Coordinate interviews, support onboarding, and track recruitment progress
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and logistics
- Organise events, transport, vendor coordination, and photoshoots
- Track tasks, deadlines, documents, expenses, and databases
- Support the Director with daily administrative and operational needs
- Run social media platforms and engage with our online community
- Create content for social media, email campaigns, and website
- Plan and execute creative campaigns to build brand awareness
- Hold a minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Are passionate about events, content, and connecting with people
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and social media tools
- Strong communicator who's comfortable with outreach and teamwork
- Experience in recruitment, sales, or customer-facing roles is a bonus
