Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution:
Define project scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables while allocating transportation, warehousing, and manpower resources. [1]
Operations & Delivery Management:
Oversee daily transport schedules, route planning, loading/unloading, site logistics, and heavy-lift or oversized cargo handling. [1, 2]
Supply Chain & Compliance:
Coordinate international shipping, freight forwarding, and customs clearance while ensuring adherence to workplace safety (WSH) regulations and company policies. [1, 2]
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
Negotiate vendor contracts and service level agreements (SLAs), and liaise closely with clients, subcontractors, drivers, and internal teams. [1, 2]
Cost & Risk Control:
Monitor project budgets, fuel consumption, vehicle usage, and logistics expenses while identifying and mitigating operational risks. [1, 2]
