Are you someone who enjoys helping patients and keeping things organised in a busy clinic? We’re inviting applications for a Clinic Assistant to join our team at Alpro Clinic in Seksyen 18, Kota Damansara, Wangsa Maju & Bukit Serdang. If you have experience at a GP clinic or in a similar patient-facing healthcare role, we’d like to hear from you.

What you’ll do

• Welcome and register patients, manage appointments, and respond to enquiries in person and over the phone.
• Coordinate patient flow and assist doctors during consultations and procedures as trained and directed.
• Prepare consultation rooms and equipment, replenish supplies, and keep the clinic clean and organised.
• Maintain accurate patient records and handle confidential information with care.
• Support daily clinic operations, including opening, closing, and shift handovers.

What we’re looking for

• Experience as a Clinic Assistant or in a similar patient-facing healthcare role is preferred.
• Clear communication and a friendly, professional manner with patients and colleagues.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organised during busy periods.
• Willingness to work shifts according to the clinic’s roster.
