Key Responsibilities:-

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning.
• Develop and manage onboarding, training, and employee development programs.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Manage performance appraisals, coaching, and employee recognition initiatives.
• Oversee payroll, compensation, benefits, and statutory compliance.
• Maintain HR records and provide HR advisory support to management and employees.
• Ensure workplace safety, discipline, and a positive working environment.
• Develop HR strategies, monitor HR metrics, and support business growth through effective people management.
