Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Multimedia, or related field

0–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or videography (fresh graduates welcome)

Proficient in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar)

Basic photography/videography skills

Creative, trend-savvy, and comfortable being on camera (if required)

Good communication skills in English/Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin

Able to work independently and manage multiple projects

Plan, shoot, and edit engaging content for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)

Generate creative content ideas aligned with brand identity and marketing goals

Write captions, scripts, and copy for videos and posts

Stay updated with social media trends and incorporate them into content strategy

Manage content calendar and ensure timely posting

Monitor engagement, analyze content performance, and optimize based on insights

Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and product launches

Assist with basic photography/videography for products or events
