• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communications, Digital Media, Business, or related fields.

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Social Media, Content Creation, Digital Marketing, or similar roles.

• Strong content creation and short-form video editing skills.

• Proficient in TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu (XHS), Facebook, and other social media platforms.

• Proficient in CapCut, Canva, or other video/content editing tools.

• Strong communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills in English and Mandarin.

• Excellent organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.

• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

1. Personal Branding Content Management

• Manage the personal branding and social media presence of the CEO and ED.

• Follow the executives during meetings, events, networking sessions, and daily activities to capture authentic behind the scenes content.

• Develop and execute branding strategies that align with each leader's personal image, positioning, and business objectives.

• Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and storytelling approach across all platforms.
  

1. Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Produce high-quality short-form video content, including reels, TikTok, and Xiaohong Shu videos, as well as lifestyle and professional content.

• Create engaging static posts, captions, scripts, and storytelling content in both English and Mandarin.

• Manage and grow all relevant social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohong Shu, and Facebook.

• Achieving a monthly content target of at least 12 posts per executive, comprising:

6 video-based content pieces

6 static or carousel posts

• Continuously monitor performance metrics, engagement, audience growth, and brand reach.

1. Content Planning & Audience Engagement

• Plan, schedule, and publish content according to an organized monthly content calendar.

• Monitor direct messages, comments, and public interactions professionally and promptly.

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, and industry developments to maximize visibility and engagement.

• Propose innovative content ideas to strengthen brand presence and audience connection.

1. Visual Branding & Production Support

• behind-the-scenes footage, daily activities, event highlights, and lifestyle moments.

• Assist with wardrobe coordination, styling, props, shooting environments, and overall presentation.

• Maintain a well-organized content library, digital assets, and production files for future use.

1. Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, marketing teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth content production.

• Collaborate with various departments to gather information, align messaging, and support branding initiatives.
