About the role :
We're looking for performance marketers to drive user growth across digital channels in APAC, MENA, EU, and LATAM. Both roles need a strong foundation across the performance marketing mix, including social, search, DSPs, ad networks, and affiliates. Each hire will also lead one focus area:

• CPA Partnerships: scaling acquisition through agencies, networks, and partners that work on a Cost-Per-Acquisition model.
• Paid Channels: driving growth through digital channels bought on other models (CPM, CPC, CPI, or bid-optimized), such as Meta, TikTok, Google, Apple Search Ads, and programmatic.

Key Responsibility :

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimise user-acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google (Search and App Campaigns), Apple Search Ads, and programmatic DSPs against CAC, CPA, and ROI targets, while managing budget pacing across the month and quarter.
• Develop bidding, targeting, and audience strategies, including first-party audience activation using Salesforce data where appropriate.
• Set up and maintain tracking, conversion events, and attribution in AppsFlyer; configure partner integrations and postbacks; and monitor traffic quality with Protect360.
• Reconcile media and partner-reported results against Salesforce, the source of truth, to ensure reporting and payments reflect real, validated users, and enforce rejections and clawbacks based on Protect360 findings and Salesforce validation.
• Optimise beyond the first conversion by tracking down-funnel quality metrics, including activation, KYC completion, first deposit or transaction, and retention.
• Build performance reporting and share clear insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
• Contribute to channel-mix decisions, incrementality testing, and budget allocation across the growth portfolio.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard CPA partners, including affiliate and ad networks, performance agencies, app-install networks, and influencer or creator platforms.
• Negotiate CPA rates, conversion definitions, payout terms, caps, quality clauses, insertion orders, and partner agreements.
• Work with Creative, Product, Data, Finance, and Legal/Compliance teams to keep campaigns on-brand, compliant, and measurable.

• 4–7 years of experience, with a track record of scaling user acquisition against CAC targets across several channels.
• Has independently owned a monthly budget of USD 50k+.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills with partners, agencies, or platforms.
• Deep understanding of ad fraud patterns and prevention, ideally with Protect360 or similar tools.
• Able to shape channel strategy, lead tests independently, and mentor junior team members.
