Able to understand project drawings, specifications and contractual requirements

Strong communication and coordination skills

Able to manage site personnel, subcontractors and suppliers

Good problem-solving and organisational skills

Able to monitor project schedules and manage multiple tasks

Able to work independently and as part of a project team

Oversee office personnel, site personnel, subcontractors and material deliveries

Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications

Identify and source suitable materials and suppliers

Prepare detailed material take-offs for projects

Monitor site activities and prepare progress reports

Control material consumption and reduce site wastage

Manage project documentation, site records and administrative matters

Prepare quotations based on project drawings, specifications and site requirements

Review Bills of Quantities (BQ), contracts and project documents

Coordinate pre-construction activities with the project team

Lead or attend project kick-off meetings when required

Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with timelines and contractual requirements

Identify project risks and implement suitable mitigation measures

Track project schedules and address delays or deviations promptly
