RADIOLOGY AIDE
Radiology Aide helps radiographers and radiologists run a smooth radiology department
by taking care of patient transport, room preparation, and basic clerical tasks.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Register patients and maintain accurate patient information in the Hospital
• Information System (HIS).
• Coordinate diagnostic imaging appointments, examination requests, and patient

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to enquiries, updating patients
• Prepare, organize, and distribute radiology reports, images, and related
• Retrieve and maintain radiology records and medical record files to support
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and patient
• Foster positive working relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Minimum SPM and Diploma in Administration, Business Management, or related
• Good communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, responsible and customer-focused.
• Integrity, positive, cheerful and helpful.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
